The truth is, we're very happy. We took a room for one night and we wanted to stay longer. The room was wide, it was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well (we turned it off after a while because in the room it was practically cold... that in summer for someone hot like me, is a plus). The hot tub worked very well. The breakfast was very good and varied. The facilities have an old decoration with very good taste. It's worth taking a little walk through the common areas. There are some very nice places to talk and have some time with someone. In our opinion, very recommendable.
If there is one point that needs to be improved, it is that in the bathroom, my wife says that the bidet is in a bit of a weird position and there is no way to sit comfortably because on one side there is the toilet paper holder where you would put your legs. If you change the toilet paper holder, I imagine that would be enough. But the truth is that it hasn't been a problem at all.

The decoration of the room
Our experience can be summed up as FATAL. We booked for our wedding night. As we entered at 5am (the time the party ended), they had to send us a series of passwords and room number. room codes and room number were wrong and there was no way to get in. We spent an hour in the cold and wind trying to contact someone to help us. In the end we managed to get in touch with the head office who also couldn't give us a solution, they tried to contact all the hotel managers and nobody answered. For pure survival, we looked in the reception and found other codes with another room and thank God we were able to get in. It had nothing to do with what we had booked, it was a room adapted for the disabled so it had no bathtub and no view of the garden. next morning, we talked to the manager and indeed, they had given us everything wrong and far from trying to compensate us in any way, they told us a simple "sorry". Anyway, very unpleasant experience, they spoiled our wedding night.

The hotel had a charming and picturesque exterior, with beautiful grounds and a unique old-style decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the restaurant was a major disappointment.

A level of detail and quality of accommodation that is difficult to match, the rooms seem to belong more to a palace than a hotel, a real experience.
First of all, we had a lot of trouble with the issue of genius advantages, claiming that they were to attract more customers, nothing else, that they were not normally applicable. We chose this accommodation precisely because of these advantages as we had a long journey ahead of us (Misleading advertising? Finally after our insistence they gave in but not without reticence... As if that wasn't enough, they made us spend a really horrible moment, at night there are no hotel staff and to enter the hotel you need a code that they forgot to give us, so basically at 3 am we were at the door of the hotel, dead cold, unable to access or contact it, without staff and phone of the reception with an answering machine referring to another hotel. Stunned by the situation, we were lucky and just half an hour later another couple arrived to open the door for us, however, despite the fact that we passed the main entrance, it turned out that to access our room area there was also another door with a code, at least on this occasion there was an emergency phone number indicated where we could contact and with which we were given the code not without waiting again.

Great for families who want to escape the city during the New Year's celebrations. Beautiful extensive gardens to explore and a large swimming pool for the children to enjoy. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near many tourist attractions.
The room was dated and in desperate need of maintenance. The walls were paper-thin and I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms.

Beautiful surroundings and amazing pool. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast has a good selection of pastries and coffee. I liked the air conditioning in the rooms and the stunning views from outside.
The hotel is quite expensive and not worth the money. The rooms are small and cramped and smell damp.

My wife and I recently stayed at a charming hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The beautiful gardens provided the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The historic feel of the interior and bedrooms added a unique touch to our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited menu choices for the evening meals and some room issues, overall I would still recommend this hotel for its unique charm and lovely setting.

I had such a delightful stay at this charming hotel tucked away near Valencia. From the moment I arrived, the friendly reception made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was a beautiful Spanish country house with stunning artwork adorning the walls. My suite was spacious and comfortable, complete with a huge bed and a quiet sitting room. The air conditioning was just perfect, ensuring a cool and relaxing atmosphere. And let's not forget the food! The extensive menu, filled with locally sourced ingredients, was a culinary delight. The fresh orange juice from the hotel's own plantation and the chef's little extra tasters made every meal a treat. I particularly enjoyed dining outdoors in the courtyard, serenaded by the soothing sound of fountains. The hotel's grounds are extensive, allowing for privacy and tranquility. Although I didn't visit the beach, I appreciated that it was just a short drive away. I highly recommend this beautiful oasis.
